The listserv was created as a way for members to maintain contact. It allows you to ask and answer questions to all subscribers. Questions range from needing sources for chemicals or equipment, designing lab layouts and experiments, and solutions to problems that we have encountered in our positions.
Carlos Cabello maintains the listserve, which is hosted by Rice University. It has an open subscription policy, which means that you do not have to be a NAOSMM member to join. We currently have over 200 people subscribed, and hope that you're next!
To subscribe or modify your subscription, please visit https://mailman.rice.edu/mailman/listinfo/naosmm. After successfully registering, you will receive more information on how send mail both to the list and to the listserv manager.
Prior to registering, please read through the Ad and Spam Policy and the Rules of Etiquitte. Also helpful as a reference is the Commands page.
