"The Balancing Act: How to Use What You Have to Get What You Want

Fundamentally, our personal and professional lives require a balance between resources and priorities --- "using what we have to get what we want or need." This "balancing act" involves time, money, personal energy, stress and even relationships. Participants will receive strategies and techniques for creating "balance." Hands-on activities will be included in the break-out sessions.
