Joining NAOSMM is simple. The chart below describes the three types of membership available in our organization. Most academic, government, or commercial laboratory stockroom manager or purchasing agent should apply for regular membership. Corporate membership is intended for scientific supply companies that want to network with the members of our organization. Associate members is a category intended for sale representatives of scientific supply companies that are not corporate members. Also included in this group are small companies that do not want all the benefits of corporate membership.

Eligibility:

The three columns list departments or organizations you may represent.

1. Educational scientific materials stores;
2. State or Federal government research scientific stores;
3. Hospital scientific materials stores;
4. Commercial scientific materials stores;
5. Procurement and/or administration who deal with scientific materials.
1. Companies/corporations who are manufacturers/vendors of scientific materials;
2. And not to individuals who qualify for regular membership.
1. Individual sales representative whose companies are not corporate members;
2. Small wholesale or retail companies;
3. Any company that does not want the full benefits of corporate membership.
Benefits:

The columns list some but not all the benefits associated with each type of membership.

2. Exclusive promotions from supporting Corporate Members;
3. Training thru seminars and workshops offered at annual conference;
4. Interaction with scientific supply companies at annual trade show;
5. Certification program to enhance career;
6. Quarterly magazine with insightful articles;
7. Listserv enables members to interact 24/7;
8. Online membership directory makes contacting members easy.
1. Registration of three representatives;
2. Each representative will receive the Newsline;
3. Company listing in online membership Directory
4. Copy of the membership database emailed out as an attachment in June and December;
5. Company website listed as a link from the our website, www.naosmm.org.
6. NAOSMM members are strongly encouraged to purchase from corporate members.
1. Registration of one representative;
2. One copy of the quarterly Newsline;
3. Access to online membership Directory.
Annual Dues: $75.00 (seventy-five dollars) $175.00 (one hundred and seventy-five dollars) $100.00 (one hundred dollars)
