Transportation of Hazardous Material - Code Title 49. Subtitle III, Chapter 51 gives the rules and regulations for the transportation of HAZMAT, including the training requirement.

Hazmat Safety Community - The Office of Hazardous Materials Safety is the Federal safety authority for ensuring the safe transport of hazardous materials by air, rail, highway, and water.
