CFATS - The Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) program identifies and regulates high-risk chemical facilities to ensure they have security measures in place to reduce the risks associated with these chemicals.

6 CFR Part 27 - The Federal Register, Part II: Department of Homeland Security - Appendix to Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards; Final Rule lists chemicals of interest (COI) and their screening threshold quantities (STQs) that have been determined to be a high level security risk.
