Regular booth pricing goes into effect after March 1, 2026

 Payment is due upon registration for those registrations made after May 1, 2026.

All payments for Ala Carte Branded Promotional Items are due by May 1, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation prior to May 1, 2026: 50% 

Cancellation after May 1, 2026: No refund
