Regular booth pricing goes into effect after March 1, 2027

 Payment is due upon registration for those registrations made after May 1, 2027.

All payments for Ala Carte Branded Promotional Items are due by May 1, 2027

To ensure inclusion of your branded promotional item, please submit payment by this date.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation prior to May 1, 2027: 50% 

Cancellation after May 1, 2027: No refund
