Types of Conference Fee Refunds
Refund of All Conference Fees (Registration and Optional):
Contracts defining food and beverage minimums and minimum tour participation limit the ability to refund registration and optional fees. Additionally, conference registration fees help to offset food provided during the conference.
- For cancellations made on or before June 26th of the conference year, 100% of fees shall be refunded.
- For cancellations made after June 26th of the conference year, no fees shall be refunded.
Refund of Optional Tour Fees:
Contracts defining minimum tour participation limit the ability to refund optional tour fees.
- For cancellations made on or before June 26th of the conference year, 100% of fees shall be refunded.
- For cancellations made after June 26th of the conference year, no fees shall be refunded.
Refund of Individually Purchased Banquet Meals:
Prior to the conference, banquet meals numbers are set when a Banquet Event Order (BEO) is signed. After signing the BEO, numbers can go up but cannot be reduced.
- For cancellations made on or before June 26th of the conference year, 100% of fees shall be refunded.
- For cancellations made after June 26th of the conference year, no fees shall be refunded.
Refund of Booth & Sponsorship Fees:
The Booth & Sponsorship Fees Refund Policy is clearly stated on the Conference and Trade Show Booth Sponsorship webpage.
- For cancellations made on or before May 1st of the conference year, 50% of fees shall be refunded.
- For cancellations made after May 1st of the conference year, no fees shall be refunded.

Please fill out this form completely located at the bottom of this page. Return to treasurer electronically at treasurer@naosmm.org. Please attach detailed rationale for refund request and retain a copy for your records. The Board will review requests, and a refund check will be issued if approved.
